You want to get better at jumping, show your mates how it done, but struggle at getting off the ground. Who's sending smaller jumps but cant transfer it to bigger ones?
These specific jump sessions will be aimed at one thing, getting you airborne! This coaching session will provide you with fundamental skills to getting air time and not just feeling like the passenger but really controlling the bike. You will understand the key coaching points to jumping, while feeling confident on a combination of jumps and being relaxed in the air. Hopefully, you will leave this session feeling confident on jumps and more able to conquer them in the future.
The sessions will start on smaller table tops, getting you used to getting airborne, understanding what ‘boost’ and ‘pop’ means, and then doing it! The sessions will progress with your abilities, moving onto some slightly larger jumps towards the end of the session if the athletes are confident enough. This session will be conducted at Scadson freeride park, there are lots of jumps of all shapes and sizes, so getting you started on small table tops, by the end of it hopefully moving you onto some small doubles.
